Our standard delivery hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. We offer free shipping on orders over 500 AED, with the exception of same-day delivery within the UAE. Orders placed outside of our regular business hours (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next UAE working day. While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, please note that these are approximate delivery times and not strict guarantees.

Delivery Time Slots :

You can now select a delivery time slot during checkout for your convenience. Time slots are available from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., with orders placed by 8 p.m. eligible for next-day delivery.

General Delivery Conditions :

Our delivery timeframes are estimates. Time starts from order confirmation, and we will refund the payment if the order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation. Please understand that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as your unavailability to accept the order or requests for a delayed delivery. We deliver orders every day, except on UAE national holidays. Ensure access for delivery, including Fridays. Our courier may contact you to schedule a delivery time slot. Up to three delivery attempts will be made before an order is canceled.

Contactless Delivery :

Your health and well-being are our top priorities. Choose Contactless Delivery during checkout (available in the UAE only) for eco-friendly packaging. Please note that if you opt for Contactless Delivery, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your order once it's delivered. By selecting this option, you acknowledge receipt of your order upon delivery to your specified address, without requiring your signature. We'll contact you by phone before delivery and send an SMS confirmation.

Shipping Limitations :

We will deliver to the address you specify, subject to our shipping constraints. The risk of loss and title for items purchased on our website transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged or missing shipments must be filed by you with the carriers.

Taxes and Duties :

If you are ordering from outside the UAE, please be aware that you are responsible for all customs and taxes. Goods entering a foreign country are subject to customs examination and tax assessments according to that country's rules.
