After an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the order placement, payment acceptance, and shipping notification. Every item is fully inspected and authenticated by our team before dispatch. Delivery is subject to the timeframe shown on each listing and the destination country.

Delivery time

The estimated timeline for delivering your order depends on your delivery location:

Within the UAE, your order is dispatched once it has passed our final quality check, and you can select your preferred delivery time slot at checkout, including next-day delivery within Dubai.
For GCC countries, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days.
For international destinations, delivery usually takes 12–14 working days.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free of charge on all orders within the UAE.
For GCC and international orders, shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on your delivery location.
For international deliveries, import taxes, customs duties, and fees as regulated by the Customs Office may be charged. The customer is liable for all imposed customs duties (shipping costs do not include customs fees).
Shipping charges will be refunded if an item is received after the specified delivery date without prior notice.
