Shipping & delivery
After an order is placed, you will get an email confirming the order placement, payment acceptance, and shipping notification. Processing, manufacturing, and shipping times vary from designer to designer, in the case when an item is particularly created as per the order. Any item's delivery is subject to the jeweler's designated delivery window, which is mentioned on each listing, as well as the destination country.
Delivery time
The estimated timeline for delivering your order depends on the country you are ordering from. The idea of the delivery is anticipated, once an item is collected by Gemaee.com from the jewelers:
- For GCC countries, it's usually 5-7 working days.
- For international countries, it might take 12-14 days
Shipping charges
Shipping charges will be reflected at checkout, it will vary depending on the customer's location and the number of jewelers they order from.
- All orders are shipped free of cost within Dubai.
- For international deliveries, import taxes, customs duties, and fees as regulated by the Customs Office may be charged.
- The customer will be liable for all imposed custom duties. (The shipping costs do not include customs fees).
- The shipping charges will be refunded if an item is received after the specified date without further notice on the order date.
*Please make a note that before releasing a shipment, Custom Offices in some countries may demand a form of identification, such as a passport or any other government-issued ID.
