What are your condition standards?
All items must be in a clean and wearable condition. We conduct thorough inspections on each item to ensure quality, authenticity, and overall condition. Items are categorized based on their condition into five categories: Brand New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Average.
Brand New:
Items are in pristine condition, showing no indications of previous wear. They come with a box and/or pouch; tags may or may not be included.
Excellent:
Items are in visibly unused condition, with minimal signs of handling. Tags are not attached, and boxes or dust bags may not be provided.
Very Good:
Items exhibit slight indications of wear, such as gently worn corners, light scratches, and minimal interior wear for bags and accessories. For jewelry, there may be minor scratches, nicks, and/or small dents.
Good:
Items show signs of moderate wear, including worn corners, noticeable scratches, and interior wear for bags and accessories. For jewelry, visible scratches, nicks, and/or dents may be present.
Average:
Items exhibit extensive signs of wear, such as worn corners, prominent scratches, or noticeable interior wear.
Note: Several of our items are accompanied by their original boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards. If included, this will be specified in the item description.

Unused items may be exchanged within 2 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Footwear and jewelry items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are returned in their original, unused, and sellable condition.
Returns for a full refund are accepted within 2 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The item received is significantly different from the description and has undisclosed major defects.
- The item is proven to be inauthentic, supported by valid and verifiable proof.
All approved returns must meet our quality control standards before a refund is processed.
